If one line of work dominates this run, it is hot water. The tanks that went in with the post-war and 1980s houses have mostly reached the end of their service life, and the first replacements fitted back in the day are now dying in turn.

Do you handle full bathroom renovations or just repairs?

Can you check the gas fittings before we renovate?
